Before requesting a refund, we ask that you first open a support ticket to give us an opportunity to resolve any issues. Our support team typically responds within 24-72 hours, though we often reply much faster.
All our products are digital downloads available immediately after purchase. Since there is no physical product to return and no trial period, all sales are generally final. Refunds will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
We may issue refunds if:
The product you downloaded is completely unusable and our support team cannot resolve the issue
The product description was fundamentally misleading
You haven’t downloaded the product files from our website
Refunds will not be granted for:
DaddyThemes VIP Membership subscriptions (you may cancel anytime)
Subscription renewals (you may cancel automatic renewals from your account)
Second refund requests for the same product
Products that don’t meet your personal expectations
Inability to install the product
Compatibility issues with your WordPress setup, plugins, or server
Products displaying license key requirements
Self-inflicted website issues during installation
Refusal to provide our support team with temporary access to investigate issues
Change of mind after purchase
Accidental purchases where files were already downloaded
Purchases made by others with access to your payment account
Promotional offers/discounts apply only to future purchases, not refunds
Canceling your account doesn’t automatically qualify you for a refund
If granted a refund, you must cease using all downloaded products
Damaged products may result in a partial refund based on diminished value
Refunds may take up to 14 days to process
